This
3500 s.f. contemporary Mediterranean style house is located on an oak
studded site which runs from street to street in the Country Club area of
Pebble Beach. The design
solution was to save the old growth oaks, incorporate them into the design
and maintain privacy from both frontages.
The design is a house with a large central court that the house
wraps around. The entry from the
most prominent street leads you to a wood and glass entry that connects
the master bedroom wing and living areas. Views from the entry
are directly into the large court built around oak trees.
